Crowns are precision made dental items that are used to cover up dental implants or damaged teeth. Usually, crowns are recommended as a part of treatments thought to restore teeth that:

Initial Consultation with a GDC Dentist
The procedure begins with an initial consultation where our dentist will make an assessment and an action plan. Our dentist will present and discuss with you all options related and recommended for your case. The dentist may take molds, pictures, radiographs or tooth shade at this stage. These may be needed to prepare the crown.
During your second visit, the dentist will star preparing your teeth. Another impression will be taken after the preparation and you will be fitted with a temporary crown. This last impression will be sent so customize your crown.
In your third and last visit, the temporary crown will be removed and you will be fitted with your custom-made crown. After you check to see if you are satisfied with the esthetics the crown, the dentist will make the final adjustments and cement the crown. It is expected that one crown will last you over 15 years.
